Homa at a glance

From questionnaire to decision.

Understanding your current state is the beginning. Homa helps you know what to do next.

01 / Definition

What is Homa?

Homa is a web-based system for assessing cybersecurity maturity and governing improvement. It manages assessments, responses, weights and targets in a shared structure so technical teams and managers can understand the current state, gaps and action path.

Security assessment creates more value when it informs the next decision.

02 / When to use it

When do you need Homa?

  • Responses and reports are scattered across files.
  • You have scores but no clear improvement priorities.
  • Comparing cycles or subsidiaries is difficult.
  • Assessment reports do not connect to action and follow-up.
03 / Audience

For which organizations?

Large organizations, banks and financial institutions, operators, energy and critical infrastructure, government organizations, holdings and governing bodies.

For security and IT managers, ISMS and risk teams, executives and improvement program owners.

Behind the name Homa

From the shadow of good fortune to the horizon of maturity

The Homa from the heights of bliss would fall into our snareIf you should chance to pass by our dwelling

Hafez, Ghazal 114 ↗

In Iranian lore, Homa is a bird of good fortune. Legend held that those beneath its shadow would find luck and greatness. In Iranian poetry and literature, its name evokes happiness and the promise of reaching a lofty position.

For us, the name Homa inspires that same vision: a view from above the organization’s units and subsidiaries, revealing the full picture of its capabilities, where it needs to grow, and the horizon toward which it is heading.

By assessing maturity, revealing gaps, and clarifying improvement priorities, Homa helps managers turn this vision into practical steps and gives them the tools to visualize the journey, so organizational growth can take shape through considered decisions and progress that can be tracked.

To soar, we must see the horizon and know the way.

Maturity cycle

The report is not the end.

From the first assessment to improvement planning and reassessment, each stage informs the next decision.

From gap to action

A list of problems is not enough;
the order of steps matters.

Not all gaps matter equally, and resources are limited. Homa’s intelligent Planner combines the current state and targets with domain importance and organizational constraints to propose an improvement path.

The output supports your team’s decisions: what to do first, who owns follow-up and how progress becomes visible.

AI supports planning; the organization makes the final decision.

The questionnaire is an assessment input, not the entire product. Homa connects responses to current state, gaps, priorities and improvement plans, and supports cycle comparisons. An assessment result alone is neither a compliance certificate nor a security guarantee.
